Rapid response communications campaigns for COVID-19
In the wake of the pandemic, access to ventilators was critical. Along with making sure hospitals had ventilators, healthcare workers needed to know how to properly run them — and know the features that are specific for COVID-19 care. We worked swiftly to launch a communications awareness campaign to inform the medical community of free virtual training and support for Puritan Bennett™ 980 ventilators. Shortly after, we worked on a follow up campaign for a simplified remote monitoring platform to manage an influx of patients while reducing clinician exposure. For both of these campaigns, we created a combination of emails, LinkedIn advertisements and posts, and targeted digital advertisements.
